Schematic design for auditoria complex on the 24th floor to include the Dean’s suite, an auditorium to seat 270 people and an auditorium to seat 60 people. Study included schematic floor plans, renderings, and Fire Marshal conceptual approval. Presentation materials were prepared for a successful donor solicitation of $1 million. (1998)
